Just a daily update

Weight: 142.6

Well, I seem to be feeling better. Did my pull-ups and handstand push-ups. My left hamstring is pretty sore from when we went out and threw for a while on Sunday. I want to really focus on my low release flick... well, really just my flick in general.

I'm cutting my coffee back to just my single mug first thing in the morning. If I want hot things and/or caffeine I'll stick to tea.
