Carb Log (44g):
- coffee and coconut cream - 2g
- greek yogurt - 5g
- jerky - 2g
- almond meal muffins - 11g
- burger toppings - 1g
- cashews - 10g
- red wine - 8g
- broccoli - 5g?
Not to actually achieve it, really just 'cause fighting is the fun part.
I thought cashews were higher in carbs than that.
